Freethorpe Village Hall Trustee Meeting
Freethorpe Village Hall is run by trustees who meet every 2nd Monday of the month (unless it clashes with a bank holiday or a significant event).
The trustees discuss and agree on ongoing maintenance and repair to the facilities (Hall, Bar, Pavilion), fundraising events, grant applications and financial reporting etc.
If you want to suggest anything that would support the community, you can contact one of the village representatives, both of whom are trustees (see below).

The sports and social club is run by a committee that meets every 1st Monday of the month (unless it clashes with a bank holiday or a significant event).
The committee discusses and agrees on upcoming events, improvements to the bar area, necessary maintenance, financial reporting and the volunteer bar rota etc.
